How long does it take to receive my purchase?
We ship within 24 hours of you placing your order. Please allow 5-9 working days for ground mail delivery and 3-4 working days for courier delivery for most destination throughout North America. Please allow 9-14 working days for delivery to destinations outside of North America.
If I am not satified with my purchase, can I return it for a refund?
If you’re not satisfied with any item for any reason, return it to us within 90 days of the original purchase for an exchange or refund.
What do you charge for shipping?
Ground mail shipping is 10% of your total price, minimum $5.00
Courier (UPS 3 day service) shipping is 20% of your total price, minimum $8.00
