This FREE worksheet provides a research-based hands-on activity for World Oceans Day. A list of the top 10 ocean species most at risk is provided. Students will choose 1 of these species and do some research to find out its conservation status, estimated population, main threats, and what is currently being done to preserve it today. Finally, students will come up with a conservation plan to help this species thrive by 2030.
